Work Ethic

At FIO, we believe in working smarter, but we don’t think that should ever replace hard work. We strive to ensure our dedication to hard work is evident in both our process and our finished product.

Building is in my blood. As a young boy I watched my grandfather work on projects of all sizes - from small, at-home home fixes to overseeing construction of the biggest casinos in Las Vegas.
Across every project, his mindset was the same: anything worth doing is worth doing right.
His belief was instilled in me early on and it continues to influence my work daily. Regardless of a project’s size, I’m only satisfied when the results are of the highest-quality.
My building experience ranges from fine woodworking to full home builds, electrical, plumping, and everything in between. It’s rare that I can’t tackle every element of a project myself. In fact, pulling from as many different skillsets as possible is what I enjoy most about building.
As a mostly self-taught carpenter, I firmly believe in figuring out the problem at hand myself.
